The following are items you should bring with you when filling out your loan application:

þ Two current pay stubs
þ w-2's for the past two years
þ Last two years tax returns
þ Current employers' name, address and phone number
þ Bank Statements for checking, savings, IRA's & 401K
þ Current Mortgage Statement (If applicable)
þ Home owner's insurance policy
þ Copy of signed purchase contract (If applicable)
þ Landlord's name, address and phone number (If applicable)
þ For VA Loans, certificate of elligibility, DD214 or statement of service (for refi, copy of Mortgage note)
þ Bankruptcy discharge with all schedules (If applicable)
